Stop paying for premium EV connectivity to see charging statistics on your phone
Do you also have an EV or plug in hybrid car and you don’t want to pay anymore for expensive premium connectivity to see basic EV charging statistics? I have found a partial solution for that as I can’t use or pay for OnStar in my Bolt EV / Ampera-e here in Europe. With my new portable granny EV travel charger I can remotely start/stop charging, see statistics and increase charging speeds via Bluetooth or WIFI and a smartphone app enabled by the Tuya Cloud.
