How to fix a front or rear flat tire on the road without carrying a spare
What do you do if your rear or front tire goes flat and a plug won’t work or is too difficult to set? And there is no spare tire! I recently had my first flat tire with my Michelin Primacy Self Seal tires on my Bolt EV / Ampera-e. The road side assistance set a plug as the self seal tire was still leaking air. But immediately I realized that plugging a rear tire that cannot be moved sideways will be a very tough to reach. Here is my solution to complement the plugging kit.
Best solution to fix a flat tire during a remote or long car road trip
With this Slime kit I can repair a leaking tire if it is too difficult to use one of the plugs like for example on the rear side of the car.
