Charging your electric car from a home socket with the FRITZ Box and FRITZ DECT 210

In this video I will show you how to use your FRITZ!Box WIFI router and FRITZ!Dect 210 to charge and monitor your EV electric car. The FRITZ!Box router, DECT 210, web interface, smarthome APP and Home Phone (Fon) is all you need and can replace expensive charging apps. This has been our home socket EV charging setup for the last 3 years and it works fantastic. We are using a FRITZ!Box 7530 and FRITZ!Dect 210 to charge an Opel Ampera-e and Renault Zoe if we want to charge them via our home socket.

Feedback

How do you charge your electric car at home and have you tried this already via the FRITZ!Box and FRITZ Dect 210 or another WIFI router or smarthome brand? Let me know your comments and questions and I’m looking forward to hearing from you.
